Sam Turnipseed
Sam Turnipseed was born and reared
in Montgomery, Alabama, before moving to Chattanooga to attend
Tennessee Temple University in 1997. During his final year of undergraduate
work he and wife Robin moved to Washington, DC, to complete their
degrees and pursue their careers in teaching. However, the “scenic city” was
calling, and in 2002 Sam and Robin returned to Chattanooga.
Upon his return, a friend at church
introduced Sam to the mortgage business, and within six months of entering
the industry, Sam became the top producing local agent in a well-respected
mortgage lender in the area. With the training and support he received
there, Sam went on to close $10 Million in mortgage loans in his first
full year. Though Sam has only been in the mortgage business for three
years, the training that he has availed himself to has made him a
highly regarded member of the Chattanooga lending community.
Sam and Robin are faithful members of Stuart Height Baptist Church in
Chattanooga, TN, where both of them are very involved with the children
and youth ministries. In their time away from work, they enjoy traveling
together and spending time with their 3 nephews and 4 nieces.
